PRINCE CLAIMS
2011 WORLD SERIES

The Entrance, May 2011.  Capping a good month for royal families, Edwardo Romero (aka The Prince) won the 23rd World Series of Golf.  Strong performances in the individual events, coupled with lifting the under-performing Toukley member, Trent Strange, to a placing in Tuesday's 4BBB, saw Romero home by a comfortable 7 points.

Wins on Day 1 (teamed with Romero) and Day 3 (Stableford at Toukley) provided the impetus for Grantief Goosen's second place.

Soldier Montgomerie sealed third place with excellent results in the individual events, including a course record 75 in Friday's stroke round at Shelley Beach.
